i remember watching a programme about this restaurant a few years ago..he uses wild flowers from the hills and fields around him http://www.thestar.com/travel/europe/article/785320–in-the-middle-of-nowhere-a-culinary-gem-in-france the images of his food are beautiful!! I want my drawings to look like them!
